Preparation - Minimal disruption
Thoroughly preparing and power washing the roof gives a clean, sound surface for effective Reflex Plus System installation without stripping or exposing the structure and with minimal disturbance to building users.
Elastomeric Filler to cope with movement
Elastomeric Filler (high performance polyurethane) fills surface defects and makes a strong, elastic seal at existing or potential trouble spots such as gaps, cracks or joints.
Extra Reinforcement in Problem Areas
Strong glass fibre reinforcement membrane (VL96) embedded in two layers of polyester (EC44) gives extra reinforcement in problem areas (such as those prone to ponding) and on difficult details such as chimneys, tankhouses and skylights. Typically, identifying problem areas leads to up to 25% of a roof being given these multiple layers of repair treatment before applying the overall reflective finish
Reflex High Perfomance Solar Reflective – whole roof finish
Complete finish with Reflex High Performance Solar Reflective Roof Coating provides a seamless polyester surface. Reflex reduces heat absorption evenly throughout the roof and helps prevent movement. Built in reinforcing fibres and good waterproofing properties means that Reflex is a particularly durable solar reflective finish.
